When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. You may also choose to provide your phone number and property address. We record the IP address associated with each submission for security and spam-prevention purposes.

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and to communicate with you about our staging services. We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties, except as required by law.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. This service may collect anonymised data such as pages visited, time spent on the site, and general location. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Data storage

Enquiry data is stored securely using Cloudflare's infrastructure. Email notifications are sent via Resend. We retain enquiry data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to access and request correction of your personal information. To make a request, please email us at sales@fanfarestaging.co.nz.
